The opportunity:
As our Learning & Training Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both new and existing pharmacies within our network. Systems and process will be a core focus of this role, along with the ability to build engagement and buy-in from our pharmacy teams to increase system utilisation to run more efficient businesses.
What you will do:
Develop and deliver training programs for essential in-store systems such as point-of-sale, eCommerce, and inventory control.
Help pharmacy leaders implement new, more efficient ways of working.
Collaborate with our operations team to create 'train-the-trainer' experiences, building internal capabilities.
Play an integral role in onboarding new pharmacies to TerryWhite Chemmart, ensuring they are set up for success.
Build relationships with external software & system providers to enhance their learning tools for the benefit of the network.
What we are looking for:
A systems enthusiast who enjoys working with people to solve problems.
Experience in community pharmacy is ideal.
Strategic thinker with strong planning abilities and a track record of developing and deploying successful programs.
A persuasive communicator who can engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
Highly organised and efficient, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise.
