This is part of the Turanganui a Kiwa Kahui Ako and is the base school for Riverdale, Motu, Matawai and Waerenga O KuriSchools. This role is a key part of the Learning Support Teams in these kura and offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of children with learning needs. This role also involves understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by rural schools including limited access to town-based resources and services. The successful candidate will need to develop innovative strategies to ensure equitable access to learning support for these communities.As an LSC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and shaping the learning support system for our schools and kura. This involves working closely with kaiako, school leadership teams, parents, whanau, and community providers.
