As a part of the People & Culture team, you are both an enabler and a disruptor - planning with care and executing with speed. We're looking for a unicorn - someone who will hit the ground running by finishing off some analysis work to then design and develop blended learning solutions that maximise learning outcomes. While you're doing this, you'll also be comfortable in front of a classroom of adult learners delivering our current catalogue of offerings (on humanistic skills).
