Learning Solutions Designer

Are you passionate about building great learning experiences using best practice instructional design and adult learning principles?
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Learning Designer / Instructional Designer to join our team.
About the role
In this role you will work closely with subject matter experts throughout the business to help identify learning and development needs and design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions.
Our ideal candidate
Ideally, you will come to us with a background in learning & development, instructional or learning design. You'll be known for your talent of taking complex information and / or processes and communicating them in a way that is engaging, simple and easy to understand and process within a corporate environment.
Being naturally proactive and tech savvy, you will be able to provide best practice advice and implementation of a wide range of practical learning solutions.
Experience in using Articulate360 and / or Adobe Creative Suite packages would also be an advantage and you may have even dabbled in some small-scale video production and editing.
Minimum Requirements:

Experience in instructional design and learning development.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and engagingly.
Proficiency in Articulate360 and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
