About the role In this role you will work closely with subject matter experts throughout the business to help identify learning and development needs and design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions. Our ideal candidate Ideally, you will come to us with a background in learning & development, instructional or learning design. You'll be known for your talent of taking complex information and / or processes and communicating them in a way that is engaging, simple and easy to understand and process within an corporate environment. Being naturally proactive and tech savvy, you will be able to provide best practice advice and implementation of a wide range of practical learning solutions. Experience in using Articulate360 and / or Adobe Creative Suite packages would also be an advantage and you may have even dabbled in some small-scale video production and editing. Why Taranaki?
