This role will focus on creating impactful, fee-based learning programs and select complimentary offerings that provide exceptional value to members and stakeholders.While leading a small team, this role requires a hands-on learning and development professional who is ready to actively contribute to the success of the programs.
This position is based in central Wellington.Responsibilities:Leading a high-performing team and fostering collaboration.Overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of professional development programs.Managing strategic initiatives, including the Learning and Event Management System (LEMS) project.Building strong partnerships to expand services and meet financial goals.Who we're looking for | Ta matou e kimi nei10+ years' experience in adult learning, with expertise in pedagogy and learning frameworks.Proven success in managing teams and delivering revenue-generating services.Strong project and financial management skills.A relevant tertiary qualification in education, adult learning, or a related field.We want to hear from you if you think you can bring value to the role, not because you tick every box.
