These and our commitment to dismantling barriers shape and drive our mahi.About the role | Mo te turanga mahiEngineering New Zealand is seeking an experienced Learning Partnerships Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-quality professional development services. This role will focus on creating impactful, fee-based learning programs and select complimentary offerings that provide exceptional value to members and stakeholders. While leading a small team, this role requires a hands-on learning and development professional who is ready to actively contribute to the success of the programs. This position is based in central Wellington.You will have demonstrated expertise in:Some experience in developing and selling commercial courses is essential.Leading a high-performing team and fostering collaboration.Overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of professional development programs.Managing strategic initiatives, including the Learning and Event Management System (LEMS) project.Building strong partnerships to expand services and meet financial goals.Who we're looking for | Ta matou e kimi nei10+ years' experience in adult learning, with expertise in pedagogy and learning frameworks.Proven success in managing teams and delivering revenue-generating services.Strong project and financial management skills.A relevant tertiary qualification in education, adult learning, or a related field.Working here/what you can expect | Nga mahi kei mua i a koeWe're purpose driven, values led and committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace.
