Learning Operations Coordinator – Rotorua – Fixed Term This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity, with hybrid working available once trained.
Mo tenei turanga - About the role As a member of the learning operations team, you will work closely with the Learning Operations Manager to ensure alignment with departmental goals and initiatives.
You will be responsible for providing quality customer service to internal customers and visitors to ensure a positive experience by being responsive, helpful, and professional.
You will act as a matter expert for allocated courses and general portfolio.
You will also: Provide effective and efficient programme, course and exam administration support Support trainees, trainers, and business partners Schedule courses, trainers, and resources Book travel, accommodation, venues, and catering Ko tau na i tenei turanga - What you'll bring to the role: The Coordinator Learning Operations position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for allocated training programmes, courses, and exams.
The Coordinator Learning Operations leads our customer service ethos and works collaboratively with our Training colleagues to deliver our Training Strategy.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will: Have experience and thorough knowledge of modern office administration procedures and systems.
Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System and/or other databases.
High standard of computer literacy with full competency in the MS suite of applications.
Sound communication skills, both oral and written.
A motivated, flexible, and proactive attitude.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
The salary range for this role is $58,218 - $64,687 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
