We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our tamariki, our people and are proud of what we do.About the Role:As our L&D Systems Administrator, you will be critical in supporting the Head of L&D and the team to drive an organisational wide approach to designing and developing learning which grows capability and aligns with our strategy and development needs of staff.
In your role, you will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and evaluate and refine learning at the individual and organisational level.
This role is integral to the outcome & success delivered by the L&D team.Your responsibilities will include:Managing our LMS system (Docebo), including maintaining dashboards, upgrades, notifications, overseeing the help desk, and setting up courses.Supporting the development of our annual Learning Calendar in collaboration with senior leaders.Analysing LMS reporting monthly and sharing insights with leaders to refine learning.Designing and developing eLearning courses using Articulate.Creating internal communications to promote learning.Coordinating logistics for our training.About You:Fill your day with people, people & people.

Ideally you will bring to the role:Previous experience within a similar L&D role – 3 years minimum.
Adult learning qualification desirable.Creation and management of a LMS system, ideally Docebo.High level of competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience developing using Articulate.
Video editing skills would be desirable.Ability to design learning to meet learning objectives.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence at senior leader level.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop and execute an internal communications plan.Experience in PowerBi would be an advantage.Ability to confidently deliver training in the classroom and via MS Teams.Flexible and innovative approach.Strong service and customer ethic.Why Choose Us?We are committed to helping our employees reach their full potential.
