Learning & Development Manager, Early-Career

Join our L&D leadership team and be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable, multi-year Early-Career strategy and learning framework. This is a full-time role, based in Penrose.
About the role Partner with the business and P&P to lead strategic workforce planning to assess skill gaps to determine what talent management initiatives and technical training programmes are required for the Early-Career workforce to enable business objectives now and into the future. Largely you will focus on Gateway, Apprenticeships, Cadets, Graduates and Interns, and other Early-Career pathways.
About you You'll have strong Early-Career experience, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational (hands on) level. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, bringing curiosity and genuine interest in our people and industry. Ideally you will have experience working in the construction/infrastructure or like industry.
You'll also bring with you:
