Description Join our L&D leadership team and be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable, multi-year Early-Career strategy and learning framework.
This is a full-time role, based in Penrose.
About the rolePartner with the business and P&P to lead strategic workforce planning to assess skill gaps to determine what talent management initiatives and technical training programmes are required for the Early-Career workforce to enable business objectives now and into the future.
Largely you will focus on Gateway, Apprenticeships, Cadets, Graduates and Interns, and other Early-Career pathways.About youYou'll have strong Early-Career experience, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational (hands on) level.
You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, bringing curiosity and genuine interest in our people and industry.
