As the L&D Designer, you will play a key role in the analysis, development, and design of learning using a range of media to meet the needs of our learners.
Critical to success will be your ability to create engaging learner experiences and motivate our staff to learn and apply new knowledge and skills.
You'll also need the interpersonal skills to engage with different stakeholders and design learning products collaboratively.
You'll know if you have hit the mark as you'll also assist with assessing the effectiveness of learning products through feedback, evaluation, and reporting.

Experience doing design work on a creative project, either gained through work and/or study.
Demonstrated understanding of learning principles.
Experience in analysis and evaluation methodologies and processes.
Ability to develop and maintain clear documentation and plans.
Working knowledge of current L&D technology trends and directions.
The midpoint of the salary range is $87,132 and the full range (85%-120%) is $74,063 - $104,559.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
