This role will support L&D activities for our business and strengthen people & organisational capability by completing capability needs assessments and developing plans that address targeted needs.This role requires someone who can see the true benefit of delivering a professional, proactive and effective learning environment and is willing to work at all levels within the company to bring everyone on the journey of lifelong learning. You will foster a learning environment that allows progressive continuous improvement of skills and develop, support and facilitate L&D activity within our business.As our Learning and Development Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting, coaching, and mentoring across CORDE. Your success will come from a pragmatic approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.You'll need to be:Highly organized and skilled in problem-solvingConfident when speaking to groups and delivering training sessionsExperienced in creating engaging content for various platforms (written, visual, and workshop formats)We would like to hear from you if you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional with a passion for learning and development.
