We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and organised Learning & Development Administrator to become the admin superstar and key support within our Learning and Development Team. As the glue that holds the team together, you will play an essential role in coordinating, supporting, and enhancing the delivery of learning initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting into the Learning Systems and Quality Manager the focus of this role is primarily to:
Administer training records for both internal and external POAL learners, ensuring documents are scanned and learning profiles are up to date.
Setting up for internal events, printing learning materials, training room set up, picking up catering and any event resources when required.
Database entry ensuring appropriate documents are added into the system and sent to the appropriate people.

To be outstanding in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within a learning and development environment, though not required.
Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft suite of products.
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solve and improve products and services.
Demonstrated time management and proven on time delivery skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to implement cost savings initiatives.
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Experience working in a complex organisation supporting more than one department.
Proven ability to multi-task, juggling conflicting priorities.
Experience in using learning management systems or similar software platforms.
