If so, then you'll fit right in at Mana College.We are currently searching for an exceptional educator to join the mathematics department as head of learning area.You'll be leading a team of experienced mathematics teachers, and taking a leadership role in the school-wide numeracy initiatives in line with the new NCEA numeracy co-requisites. You'll be familiar with the mathematics curriculum up to NCEA Level 3 and Scholarship level.Our mathematics department is currently a well-led and thriving space and offers a range of programmes responsive to students' needs.The college is going from strength to strength and there are opportunities for someone with potential to grow and gain middle and senior leadership experience at the school.We work hard to support strong outcomes within a culturally responsive and relational framework.
