The role primarily exists to develop and execute the learning and development strategy including technical and non-technical training and assessment.
Your key focus areasDevelop Org Dev strategyEvaluate L&D needsDevelop training plansWork with RTOs - Registered Training OrganisationsDevelop a training libraryDevelop and implement apprenticeship and trainee programsContribute to the Graduate ProgramDevelop and establish Driver AcademyStakeholder for Emerging Leader ProgramDevelop onboarding and training framework for blue-collar workforceDevelop a competency framework and assessments for driversDesign and deliver courses, workshops, and training packagesImplement coaching, job-shadowing, online learningDocument control and record keepingEstablish relevant reporting methodology against KPIsYour experienceTo be successful in the role you will need the following:
Cert IV Training and AssessmentDegree - psychology, social science, education, business, or relevant.Managed OD training, development, and assessment functions in an industrial setting.Experience developing quality training content and relevant toolsDelivery of training programsExperience with LMS (Learning Management System)
