If you're ready to shape the future of our workforce, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionAbout the Role (What You'll Do):Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this is a newly created position giving you the exciting opportunity to establish and lead the Learning and Development function for the Temperzone group.The key deliverables for the role include:Developing and implementing a learning strategy for the organisation as well as providing an annual learning plan that supports this strategy.Leading the successful implementation and delivery of a learning management system.Designing and implementing engaging training programs and workshops that empower employees and enhance their skills across all levels of the business.Collaborating with leaders to identify learning needs, developing and facilitating training sessions to address these needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs.Championing a learning culture that values personal growth and encouraging employees to take charge of their professional development as well as compliance training.QualificationsAbout You (What We're Looking For):You will have the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational (hands-on) level as well as having strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.You will have a genuine passion for L&D, an innovative/curious mind with the ability to challenge the status quo, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learning needs.You will also bring with you:A proven track record of successfully implementing and using learning management systems.Strong attention to detail with a logical and structured approach.Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.Ability to influence senior leaders, taking people on our learning journey.Additional InformationWhy Join Us?We are a close-knit People team which offers a supportive and inclusive environment that values your ideas and encourages innovation.
