About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) expert to lead our L&D efforts at Genesis. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, achieving impactful results, and fostering a culture of care, ambition and performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating the conditions for our people to thrive and deliver exceptional performance. As a proactive leader, you will build strong relationships to identify development needs and craft tailored learning strategies that strengthen Genesis' capabilities and culture aligned to Gen35. You will spearhead leadership initiatives that embody our core values and weave these values into our business through established and bespoke programmes.
About you: With a strategic mindset, you priorities straightforward yet impactful recommendations, understanding the pivotal role of Learning & Development as a central hub of expertise. Your action-oriented approach emphasises collaboration, a shared purpose, and clear communication, placing high value on trust and support from managers.
