An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, and we're looking for someone passionate about empowering our kaimahi to thrive. As a Learning and Capability Partner, you'll create and deliver engaging, confidence-boosting learning experiences for kaimahi (employees).
You'll design, develop, and reimagine learning solutions using various methodologies, from virtual and in-person workshops to eLearning. Partnering with subject matter experts, you'll build and deliver training that enhances our kaimahi's capability and helps them provide outstanding support to tangata whaiora (clients) and their whanau.
A background in the Health and Disability sector is a plus, but your ability to connect with adult learners and deliver impactful training is what we value most. Regular overnight travel will be part of the role, supporting services across the Midland region and occasionally Auckland.

A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., New Zealand Certificate in Adult Teaching/Education, Level 5)Experience in the health/disability sector, ideally working with tangata whaioraAt least three years of experience in facilitation, education, or trainingProven skills in creating diverse training materials (eLearning, videos, webinars, etc.)Strong facilitation skills for group and individual learningA solid understanding of adult learning principlesThe ability to make sound decisions that balance kaimahi needs and organisational goalsExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsA full New Zealand driver's licence, with flexibility to travel as neededWe pride ourselves on a positive team culture, where support, collaboration, and fun are part of our daily routine. Salary: $90,511.16 - $102,071.37 per annum (placement within this band will be determined by the extent to which candidates meet or exceed the relevant qualifications and experience requirements).
