Learning Administrator- Assessment CentreMo te tunga | About the role We are looking for a new Learning Administrator within the Assessment Centre of our Learning Delivery directorate.

Learning Administrators work in an Administration team within the Assessment Centre providing timely and effective administrative support. There are generic components to the role including programme delivery administration, support to Learning Delivery; and individualised responsibilities for assessment workflow management. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months to cover parental leave.

Ability to work with and support team members in a collegial, constructive manner and develop good working relationshipsWell-defined oral and written communication skillsHigh level of digital competence with enterprise systems and Microsoft suite including SharePoint Online, MS Word, Excel, OutlookPlanning and organising skills, including ability to maintain performance when under pressure, and appropriate prioritising of work for self and othersAbility to proactively anticipate situations, create opportunities or avoid issues, and to demonstrate personal initiative and action orientationExperience in defining and documenting procedures to address administrative requirementsProfessional focus, with a commitment to quality, accuracy and detailA high level of judgment, flexibility, self-motivation and responsivenessIf this role sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
