We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Learner Success Lead to join our team in Wellington and Porirua and help ensure all our learners, regardless of background, can achieve their educational goals.What You'll Do:Support Learners: Work closely with our priority learners, including Maori, Pasifika, neurodiverse students, and those with low literacy and numeracy skills, to ensure equitable success.Empower Tutors: Boost tutor confidence and capability through mentoring and training, enabling them to support their students effectively.Champion Equity: Lead change initiatives, continuously improve systems, and embed targeted support to close achievement gaps and ensure all learner groups succeed.Track Success: Monitor learner progress, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve learner outcomes.Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with learners, tutors, and campus staff to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment.Who We Are Looking For:A proactive individual with a passion for learner success and equity.Experienced in working with diverse learner groups and providing individualised support.Skilled in data analysis, change management, and continuous improvement strategies.A team player who thrives on collaboration and communication.Why Join Us:At NZMA, we believe in creating an inclusive, supportive, and success-focused environment for both learners and staff.
