We work passionately to prepare our students' to be 'work ready, world ready' for an industry we love . . . and you can be a part of thisTo find out more about us, please visit https://www.yoobee.ac.nz/About the roleThis role reports directly to the Head of Learners Success but you will also work very closely with SLT members on the Campuses you are allocated to.Embedding support forMaori and Pasifika learners with inequitable outcomesLearners below the optimal literacy/numeracy thresholdsDisabled learnersLearners at risk of withdrawal and non-completionTraining and mentoring teaching staff to manage learner success including identifying what intervention strategies are needed and when, to achieve equitable learner outcomesAnalyse educational outcome data to identify gaps and provide recommendations on educational actions that will make a positive impactResearching and sourcing resources to support staff and learnersTrack and report learner progressMonitor academic performance of targeted learnersCommunicate areas of concern to campus management team and together embed strategies to mitigate riskContribute to continuous improvement framework and best practice to ensure systems are student-centric and improve learner outcomes across the whole organisationAbout you:You must be passionate about the impact education can have on the lives of our students.
