The opportunity We're looking for a Lead Learn to Swim Administrator to join our West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre.
As a senior team member within the Learn to Swim team, you'll take responsibility for a number of activities such as:
Administrative tasks including booking sessions, handling verbal and written enquiries, and cash-handling. Arranging the logistics of lessons including set-up and organisation of shifts. Supervise and lead on behalf of Management during their absence. Ensure the Centre's programme activities are operating smoothly with no issues. Conducting Learn to Swim sessions including assessments for Swim Level progression. Support and lead on Centre's initiatives. He korero mou : About you We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a positive 'can do' attitude. You'll have experience as a Learn to Swim Instructor or are willing to upskill in this area and have exceptional customer service skills.
You'll also have a strong administration background with amazing coordination and time management skills.
This is a role with variety, where no two days are the same and would suit someone looking for the next step in their Swim Instructing career.

You will be working 30 hours per week; the hours are as follows:
Sunday - Thursday:

Pay rate : Starting $25.45+ This role is deemed safety sensitive and in line with Auckland Council policy, you will be required to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
