Our Learn to Swim instructors work with our community to learn the valuable life skill of swimming and gaining confidence in the water. You will be working with a range of ages and will be required to be in the pool while delivering lessons. Full training will be provided; however, previous experience will be advantageous. You'll need to be a team player with great communication skills and can build rapport quickly and thrive on delivering a top-quality experience to everyone who enters our facility. Teaching times for our lessons are weekday mornings and after school as well as Saturday mornings.

Strong swimming skills - Swimming is our business so you'll be comfortable and confident in the water.A positive attitude! You will be joining a team who need enthusiasm and motivation to get stuck into whatever the day brings!Outstanding communication skills - you will enjoy interacting with children and have the patience to teach core skills repetitively to small groups.The ability to exercise sound judgement and support to your colleagues when needed.Flexibility to be able to work some mornings, evenings and during school holidays.Above all else, a good sense of humour and great work ethic - all with a big smile!As this position is classified as a safety sensitive role you will be required to pass a Police Vetting Check, drug test and pre-employment medical check.
