Learn to Swim / Infants & Preschool / Access & Inclusion / Swim Program Clublinks Management has been appointed to manage and operate the state-of-the-art Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC) on behalf of the City of Darebin. NARC opened its doors in November 2023. This fully accessible venue comprises indoor and outdoor pools, aquatic play spaces, gym and group fitness studios, health suites, café, reformer pilates studio, change rooms, and outdoor relaxation areas.

Our mission is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their physical or cognitive abilities, has the opportunity to learn vital water safety skills and enjoy the benefits of swimming. We are looking for enthusiastic swim teachers who specialise in Access/Inclusion, Infants/Preschool , including our growing School's program to join our team and make a difference in our community.

We are seeking dedicated professionals to lead swimming lessons for infants, preschoolers, and individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, learning difficulties, or other unique requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in adaptive swimming instruction and access/inclusion teaching, with a passion for inclusivity and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
About you
You will:
Nail our values
Access and Inclusion qualification or equivalent.
Swim Teacher with experience in adaptive or inclusive swim instruction.
Understanding of disability inclusion and experience working with people with disabilities or other special needs.
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Working with Children Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of participants and their families.
A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching.
