As a key business partner for Maintenance, Utilities, and Packaging, you will cascade Group Strategy goals to create site-based initiatives. You will lead an L&D Coordinator as your direct report, though your leadership and influence will be further utilized as part of the broader site leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping Root Cause and Problem-Solving Capability amongst the Supply Chain TeamsAssessing, coaching, and management of the Asahi Way programmesDevelop Pillar Maturity Improvement Plans with site pillar leads.Work with Regional Pillar Champions to confirm maturity progressionDrive Routine effectiveness for site and ensure Routine TOR's and MCRs exist and are adhered to.Observe and coach improvement of meeting effectivenessCoaching and coordinate bottom-up builds for KPI target setting including monitoring and maintaining KPI reporting systemIdentifying best practices and standardizing processes across the businessEnsure Site pillar maturity plans, and actions are appropriate through Site Pillar ChampionsGovern score movement across all Pillars ensuring agreed HUB movement of maturityAbout YouWith a strong operational background in manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement, you'll bring with you demonstrated experience delivering CI projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, TOC, or TQM. You'll also need to be a strong relationship builder, utilizing your flair for people to influence key stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.Sound like you?
