To assist in our busy forward work program, we are currently looking for an experienced Leading Hand with strong leadership skills to come and join our team.
You will be someone who knows how to motivate your team to work to a high standard and share in the successes of your team's efforts.
It is important that you are hands-on when required and for the purpose of mentoring other team members.
This role involves using a wide variety of mowers, small plant, and other equipment.
You will be responsible for maintaining the equipment being used and for completing work to contract specifications on a scheduled and reactive basis.
