Join us as a Leading Hand - Sealing Crew in Palmerston North.
You will be the primary spray operator for the new FibreDec Multisprayer and will be responsible for implementing and initiating work activities within a team which is overseen by a Foreman/Supervisor.
You will act as an escalation point for less experienced staff and operate other sprayed seals machinery as needed.
In addition to the above you will: Assist Foreman/support Supervisor with daily workflow requirements.
Ensure the FibreDec sprayer is always in excellent condition and check other machinery and equipment is in good working order.
Assist with training less skilled staff on the correct operation of machinery and equipment.

We're looking for someone with: Class 1, 2, 4 license and WTR endorsements.
4-5 years' experience in the surfacing/construction industry/STMS.
In-depth knowledge and sprayed sealing experience including binders and emulsions.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creating, Connecting and caring for the community.
