You will act as an escalation point for less experienced staff and operate other sprayed seals machinery as needed.In addition to the above you will:Assist Foreman/support Supervisor with daily workflow requirements.Ensure the FibreDec sprayer is always in excellent condition and check other machinery and equipment is in good working order.Assist with training less skilled staff on the correct operation of machinery and equipment.We're looking for someone with:Class 1, 2, 4 license and WTR endorsements.4-5 years' experience in the surfacing/construction industry/STMS.In-depth knowledge and sprayed sealing experience including binders and emulsions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.All successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen prior to employment.We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities.
