Leading Hand Scaffolder

How will you spend your days?
To manage small projects while mentoring and motivating a small crew.
This role would see you responsible for providing the safe transportation and delivery of scaffolding and equipment to and from our yard to job sites.
You will also fill your day with yard and labouring duties as required (as time allows).
Working days and hours will be on a roster from Monday to Saturday, so flexibility is a must.
Minimum guaranteed hours of work - 40 hours per week.
We would love to talk to you if you have: Class 2 Driver's Licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle Excellent communication skills Ability to perform all jobs to a high standard while leading, training and upskilling the team Lead by example and uplift those around you Ability to get to work on time Reliable, punctual, honest, and have a positive attitude Proven work history Physically fit Comfortable working at heights Can-do attitude Keen and willing to learn Willingness to commit to work and your team Not afraid of hard work, and be rewarded for it Ability to do overtime Ready to hit the ground running Team player and ability to work independently What's in it for you?
