We're seeking an experienced roofer to oversee our team of roofers on site.
This role is perfect for someone with a combination of technical roofing expertise and strong leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Management: With the assistance of the project manager, take charge of coordinating roofing projects on site, from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality workmanship.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a talented team of roofers, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and create a safe work environment.
Technical Expertise: Showcase your advanced roofing installation techniques and knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
Training and Mentoring: Share your expertise by training less experienced roofers.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in commercial roofing installation, with a knack for leadership and team coordination.
Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques, earned through years of hands-on experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to rally a team and get things done.
Sharp problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail that ensures every job meets our high standards.
A valid driver's license.
Dedication to safety, with a solid understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
Trade certification or relevant training in roofing systems (a plus, but not a deal-breaker).
