About the opportunity We are looking for a permanent full-time Leading Hand to join our Christchurch team, This role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day flow of operations in each area.
Reporting to the Stores &Warehousing Team Leader this position will have a strong focus on continuous improvement and strategic initiatives on siteThe hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 5am - 1.30pmApply nowYou will either be experienced in this type of role or be motivated to learn You will be the central point of communication for operational issues and instructionsYou will have a strong interest in continuous improvement and operational efficienciesA can do attitude and a willingness to work together with other leadersKeen to lead by example with a commitment to upskilling their teamProof of eligibility to work in New Zealand is required for all applicants, we are not able to sponsorvisa applications for this position.Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory drug test and security check.
