Whether you have a passion about concrete, or enjoy bridge projects, Kstruct will be able to support you and your career ambitions.Qualifications & experienceDriven and looking to develop.Able to read and understand plans.Trade background carpentry works and concrete construction.Must be fit, reliable and honest with a strong commitment to onsite health and safety.Experience in a Leading Hand role an asset.Must have a NZ valid license.Have your own hand tools and battery gear.Tasks & responsibilitiesMonday - Saturday hoursWilling to travel to different regions in the South IslandLiaising with the site foreman on a day-to-day basisGeneral carpentry & concrete worksTo complete daily pre starts with crewTo liaise with supervisor to ensure projects meets programTo efficiently manage and communicate with crew on daily tasks.To efficiently plan and program works to weekly deadlines.To be able to efficiently run small crew without supervision.Development & ongoing trainingFamily orientated businessDiverse range of projectsFull PPE gear provided
