We're looking for a Team Coach to lead a team of support workers/kaimahi. You will provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team to exceed their personal best in everything they do with tangata whaiora. You will be responsible for interagency liaising, referrals, assessing, planning, and supporting the implementation and care for tangata whaiora, while fostering a nurturing and recovery-focused environment.This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an On-Call rotation approximately every three months.You | MouWe are interested to hear from candidates who have a current NZ Practicing Certificate with mental health experience working with adults.
