Connecting: to be connected to TSA mission expressions, and to provide opportunities for connection for mission expression to connect with one anotherEquipping: to equip and resource mission expressions and leaders for their ministry to next gen.Advocating for next gen to be prioritised within TSA.Strategizing and holding vision for next-gen ministry in TSA.The Leadership Development Facilitator, Children's Mission will provide leadership as part of the Next Mission Team through leadership development so children's leaders are best equipped to work with Tamariki in their communities. This role is permanent full-time andhours worked will be 37.5 per week.
The starting salary for this role will fall between$62,000 and $71,000 The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between $32 and $36. This role may close early due to an increased number of applications - apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
