The role is fixed term for 8 months, full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday rotational shift between 8am - 6pm.We are looking for someone to help focus on overall customer growth within our telecare area, with the purpose of attracting new customers, through education and promoting the benefits of a St John Medical Alarm. This includes supporting new customer acquisition referrals by providing accurate information on all Telecare products, services and supporting the Telecare Field Support Representatives as required.Support sales and activity target through effective promotion of Telecare products by building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers, external stakeholders, and the community.Training will be full time for 3 weeks 0900 to 1730.QualificationsKo wai koe-About you:To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience and understanding of the New Zealand Health and social care environment.Previous experience in a customer contact role and passion for delivering excellent customer service.A "Can do" attitude focused on achieving results and doing what is required to achieve success.The ability to work in a high paced and changing environment.Demonstrable personal commitment to and promotion of St John Core Values.The most important attributes we are looking for is attitude and the willingness to learn.
