With an established team already in Auckland and Christchurch of up to 10 plus Structural Engineers and Drafters working on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, airports, and sports arenas. They prioritise sustainable design and have been involved in several green building initiatives.
The role:
The business has ambitious growth plans and is looking for a CPEng Structural Engineer to establish their Wellington branch. You will be required to get the hands dirty designing yourself, although as the team grows this can diminish. Business development will be key to your role (ideally you will come with contacts in the market). Long term you will look to build a team around you of Structural Engineers and Drafters todeliver on commercial, industrial, residential and aged care projects.
You:
Experienced CPEng Structural EngineerA proven track record of designing complex buildings in NZA strong communicator, enjoying being on the toolsSome experience mentoring or managing younger Engineers / Technicians would be favouredIn return:
