In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to installing, repairing, and maintaining solar systems across various product types.
Your responsibilities will include everything from securing rooftop mounting equipment to setting up the electrical systems that power our solutions.As lead electrician, you'll play a critical role in solar energy projects by conducting detailed site assessments, installing and maintaining electrical components, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
You'll mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of quality and safety, and perform system testing to optimize performance.
Accurate record-keeping and documentation will also be essential to support project success and long-term system reliability.About youYou will have proven experience in solar photovoltaic installation and a strong understanding of various equipment, materials, and techniques.
The ideal candidate will hold an EWRB Electrical Registration, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be proficient in reading construction drawings and using IT systems.
