Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity As the Lead Service Coordinator you will focus on the delivery of a client-driven community-based support service for our clients, who are based throughout the Auckland regions and be an integral support for their disabilities via Individualised Funding (Ministry of Health).
This role will see you leading the service coordination team to develop and grow the service. A key part of this role is attention to detail along with communication and having a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships to help guide and support our disabled clients through the requirements of their funding to ensure they understand and use their funding in a beneficial way. This role is based in our Avondale office.
