The priority is for us to find a Lead Engineer, who will lead a team of technicians/more junior staff. But this is a growing company and there's opportunities to grow the team with an Engineer as well.The Lead Refrigeration Engineer responsibilities:Day to day management of Engineers, Technicians, and ApprenticesService and installation of commercial refrigeration equipment including:Walk-in chillers, freezers, and coolstore refrigerationCommercial HVAC. VRF / VRV systemsLead a team, and plan work – service, maintenance, and some new build projectsMaintaining relationships - customers are varied including hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities and other sectors – every job is different.
