Cotiss is set to change this, envisioning a future where vendor management is as efficient, visible, and integrated as customer and employee management.About the Role:We are seeking a Lead Product Designer, based in Auckland - who is passionate about being on the tools, and engineering solutions to complex problems.
As an early member of our cross-functional team, you'll be focused on developing and deploying code and solving real-world problems.
You will have ample opportunities for growth in this role as you will join an experienced, but small engineering team that is creative and aligns with the value of keeping things simple.We're Looking for Individuals Who Are:Curious and ambitious, with a strong growth mindsetAble to simplify complex issues into the delivery of simple solutionsEffective communicators, capable of working across teamsFocused on impactful rather than mere outputsDependable and detail-orientedEssential Skills & Responsibilities:Experience in web-app design for SaaS productsBe able to illustrate design ideas using storyboards & process flowsExperience with Figma toolingIdentify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems (e.g.
