Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join us in our mission.Job Summary:As a Lead of Commercial Projects at Huadu Development, you will play a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of the commercial project. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project development, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within scope. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of commercial real estate and construction management.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the commercial project from inception to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and company standards.Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Work with internal stakeholders on procurement processes, including contract negotiations and vendor management.Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to senior management, and ensure effective communication among all parties.Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Work with the designers and other key project stakeholders, coordinating the preparation of contract documents that represent the scope of work required and managing contract risk.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably within the construction industry.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in construction project management software, Buildertrend is a plus.PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.Applicants for this position should be NZ citizen/PR or have a valid NZ work visa.If you are a passionate and talented person relishing the idea of becoming part of Huadu Developments, then come to join our team!
