We are looking for a passionate occupational health nurse to lead the growth and further development of the occupational branch of the business. You will have the opportunity to have your say and be directly involved in the development of the service and team around you.Be part of a passionate and experienced multidisciplinary team. Working within a supportive management team, you will have the opportunity to further build a dedicated team around you. The role will be fluid and is suitable for someone eager to develop and be open to change and adapting to your environment, with a passion for this sector and the work being done within it. The role will be a mixture of hands-on clinical, training, growth of the service and team leadership in the long term.Hands-on clinical work and contracts could include but are not limited to:Blood tests, vaccinations, drug testing, audiometry, spirometryWell health checks, pre-employment medicalsSkills & ExperienceCurrent Nursing registration and APC with the New Zealand Nursing CouncilPrior experience within Occupational Health is requiredAdvantageous to have previous leadership experienceMotivated and eager to develop yourself and others in an expanding positionComfortable to travel for work, with a full clean driver's licenseAbility to work collaboratively and also independentlyThis is a unique opportunity to be able to build on your previous skills in a newly created role.
