One of our practices is currently seeking a Lead Nurse for their busy, medium-sized, well-established practice with a fantastic team of nurses and doctors.
This role will suit someone with proven leadership experience who can influence and motivate others in a positive and constructive way, can work effectively with people from a wide range of different cultures, and who always uses sound judgement to communicate and resolve issues effectively.
ResponsibilitiesPrevious Nurse leadership experience in Primary HealthStrong cultural confidence and competence, keeping whanau at the centre of the care provided.An understanding of Tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how to practically apply these principles in your work.Involvement in designing and implementing new protocols and clinical guidelines and policies.About ProCareProCare is New Zealand's largest and most diverse network of healthcare professionals, with a local and personal approach to delivering world leading health services.
