Lead Mechanic

We are on the look out to fill a brand new position as Lead Mechanic/Forman in our small locally owned business which opens weekdays 8am-5pm, weekend work may be required occasionally and is negotiable.The successful candidates role will include:-Servicing and repairs on farm machinery such as quads and motorbikes.-Management of 2-3 other mechanics/apprentice in the workshop.-Management of incoming and outgoing bikes-Completing and signing off on customer job invoicingThe successful candidate will have the following skills:-Good management Skills-Experience working as a Mechanic with a relevant qualification-Experience servicing & maintaining small engine equipment-Independent and able to take initiative-Capable of completing required paperwork-Able to motivate staff and self to conduct higher production and efficiency results-Have a positive attitude, taking ownership of your work-Excellent communications skillsAt Rob Titter Farm Services you will be joining a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to be successful in your careerPlease email your cover letter and C.V. to ****** or contact us for more information.
