Lead Mechanic

We are on the lookout to fill a brand new position as Lead Mechanic/Forman in our small locally owned business which opens weekdays 8am-5pm; weekend work may be required occasionally and is negotiable.
The successful candidate's role will include:
Servicing and repairs on farm machinery such as quads and motorbikes.
Management of 2-3 other mechanics/apprentices in the workshop.
Management of incoming and outgoing bikes.
Completing and signing off on customer job invoicing.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Good management skills.
Experience working as a Mechanic with a relevant qualification.
Experience servicing & maintaining small engine equipment.
Independent and able to take initiative.
Capable of completing required paperwork.
Able to motivate staff and self to conduct higher production and efficiency results.
Have a positive attitude, taking ownership of your work.
Excellent communication skills.
