In this role you will:
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the village with efficient and effective maintenance services, ensuring that facilities and grounds are fit for purpose and provide a safe environment for allComplete the planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment programme by working with the Ryman Property team and Facilities ManagerBe a health & safety champion by ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to by staff and contractors, always providing a safe environment for residents, staff and visitorsForm strong relationships and work closely with and support your team and colleaguesAbout Ryman At Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
