Expertly schedule and coordinate appointments for our B2B field representatives, maximizing their efficiency and success rate.
Create and manage detailed calendar invites, ensuring smooth communication between prospects and our sales team.
Craft comprehensive summary emails for sales representatives, providing them with crucial insights for each scheduled appointment.
Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate prospect information and interaction details.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building instant rapport over the phone.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting, preferably in a tech-related field.
Ability to work full-time, aligning with New Zealand business hours.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and scheduling tools, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
