2 days agoMarketing / Advertising / Public RelationsJob Title: Lead Generation SpecialistAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by sourcing and qualifying potential leads.Main Responsibilities:Target Market Analysis: Research and identify potential leads within defined target markets or industries based on ideal customer profiles.Lead Sourcing: Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn, databases, and industry-specific platforms to gather prospect information (e.g., decision-makers, company details).Data Mining: Extract and organize lead information, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM or lead management system.Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, decision-making authority) to ensure they are viable prospects.Initial Contact: Reach out to leads via email, cold calling, and social media platforms to introduce company products/services and assess interest.Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups, content sharing, and answering initial questions about products or services.Cold Outreach: Conduct targeted email campaigns and cold calling to introduce the company's offerings and qualify interest.Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to connect with potential leads and initiate conversations.Scheduling Meetings/Demos: Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demos, or consultations between qualified leads and the sales team.Lead Handoff: Once leads meet qualification criteria, ensure a seamless transition to the sales team by providing detailed lead information and context.Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing additional insights or data to help close deals, such as answering follow-up questions from leads or providing background on their needs.Feedback Loop: Regularly communicate with the sales team to understand lead quality and adjust lead generation strategies as needed.Track Lead Metrics: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Track key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, contact rates, and response rates.Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, qualified, and converted.Qualifications:Proven and strong years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field.Proficiency with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other email marketing tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to initiate conversations and engage prospects.Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple leads, campaigns, and outreach activities simultaneously.Basic understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify high-quality leads for the sales team.Ability to meet lead generation targets and KPIs, with a focus on quality over quantity.Must be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, communicative, disciplined, and have great time management skills.
