Varied, fast-paced and rewarding roleFun, friendly and supportive team environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesAbout the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Lead Gardener. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630.
In this role you will:
Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoyService the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds areaEnjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areasWork closely with and support your team and colleaguesAbout You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper roleAbility to lead a motivated and productive teamStrong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailA reliable, friendly and professional mannerAbout Ryman At Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
